Denise's decision to become an Artist was inspired by a deep desire to master Pottery.

She believes, dreaming of the life we want, must be accompanied by creating the person one wants to be.

The desire to be a skilled crafts person was fostered by the tactile process of working with clay, igniting her imagination and making her feel connected to the the evolution of humanity.

There is a knowledge in every Potter that says, "Your work will outlive you. And in 1000 years it will tell a story about your past."

Finding a mentor and being able to learn from their experience and insights is a valuable tool for an Artists growth and development. Denise is constantly pushing herself in new ways to develop her career.

Recently she has completed an Artist in Residency at Vallauris France, producing a body of work in Limoges porcelain sculpture.

In the Fall of 2019, she will attend various Christmas Markets and offer work for sale from her New Studio.
